Our course meets the requirements for the DOT Urine Specimen Collector. Please note that you will need to pass the proficiency demonstration, which is separate from this training. Upon request, we can provide you with a few companies that conduct the demonstrations. We do not make guarantees about them, so feel free to choose another company that satisfies your personal requirement.

I am Reka Korokous and I am the owner of Busy Bee Consulting. As a former Paralegal, I provide paralegal services (i.e., assisting with completing and filing court documents), assist clients with their resumes, connect them with agencies that provide housing, help them acquire funding for their business and anything else that is social services related. 

I am a independent Auditor conducting and completing on-site inspections and audits at medical clinics and facilities. I worked as a Contracts and Grants Manager with the state, managing multiple million dollar contracts. The highest contract I managed was with Aramark Correctional Services LLC valued at $430 million.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Specimen Collector

This course is self-paced. You will have a small quiz at the end, but you will have multiple attempts so Don't Worry! This course is easy to follow and created for your success. We will send you bonus materials to help you along with your journey.

After passing the quiz, you will be issued a Certificate of Completion. The certificate will include your legal name and the last 4 digits of your social security number. You may need to provide a copy to the person or company that will conduct the proficiency demonstration. There are two parts to this, with the first being the qualification course (what we offer) and the second being the proficiency demonstration. Additional details about the proficiency demonstration is included in the course materials.

Department of Transportation (DOT) Requirement

We retain copies of all our students that complete our course. It's just good business practice to do so plus DOT may request an audit. 

On request, you must be prepared to provide sufficient detail on the context of your training and proficiency demonstration so that the Federal Inspector can be confident that you fully met the requirements of the regulation. Make sure you keep copies for your records.
